ProThailand Semester Development Projects
The projects are an integral part of what makes ProThailand study abroad so different from other semester programs. Students engage in group community development projects during the semester. Semester projects are chosen by Site Directors based on the needs of communities and local organizations. Semester project areas may include:
- Reforestation and environmental conservation
- Supporting organizations' projects to advance minorities
- Construction of sanitation systems
- Community development for empowerment
