Based in the cradle of Peru's Sacred Valley, home to mysterious marvels on the Incan past, ProPeru's Culture & Development Studies semester balances site-based academics with service in sustainable community projects for a truly rewarding study abroad experience.  Group volunteer efforts, field-based study, and cultural/adventure excursions complement courses with local and international professors and intensive language study to give greater insight into the local culture and create a fully integrated, immersive program experience.  Caring homestay families coupled with the high staff-to-student ratio assures sufficient support to facilitate the student's safe and comfortable cultural adjustment.
